Award winning culinary anthropology program hosts encore of best dishes from 2024
CEDAR LAKE – The Museum at Lassen’s Resort in Cedar Lake is hosting an encore of the best dishes that came out of their award-winning anthropology program in 2024.
“The Culinary Anthropology Encore with Chef Erik Hinds” will be 2pm Sunday, March 9th at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Social Hall,
13140 NW Lake Shore Drive in Cedar Lake.
Taste history with a twist as imagined by the museum’s Executive Chef Erik Hinds. Enjoy Three Sisters Wild Rice, Ice Cutter's Stew with green chile cornbread, and Norwegian Rosettes dessert delicacy. The event will explore the historic and cultural inspirations behind these and other menus that earned the museum an Indiana Historical Society's Indiana History Outstanding Event or Project Award in October 2024.
